I have only ever gone to the drive thru and the service has always been amazing. Quick and friendly staff. The cloud to ground is my favorite drink and was recommended by one of the staff! My only complaint is the rewards system is not very good. You have to spend a lot before getting just $1.50 off. And I miss the breakfast tacos! Best bean and cheese taco ive ever had! Overall love coming here, the coffee and service is great.

I love this place! The workers are always so kind & the coffee/pastries are amazing! We recommend the iced Cloud to Ground or Thunderstruck.

We observed several areas where the experience could be significantly improved. Service: The staff seemed somewhat disengaged, which made the service feel lacking. Increasing staff attentiveness could greatly enhance the customer experience. Atmosphere: The space felt a bit overly cluttered with plants, making the seating area feel slightly crowded. Food and Value: The coffee was underwhelming. Additionally, the breakfast sandwich was overpriced given the quality. The sausage, in particular, tasted like a low-grade, pre-frozen patty, which detracts from the overall value. We truly miss the quality offered by the previous vendor at this location and hope these notes can help bring the experience up to a more competitive standard.

i got a potato egg and cheese taco added bacon and avacado food was great but as soon as I opened the wrap it spilt everywhere tasted amazing tho just messy, service was pretty good and fast

My mother got me out of the house on a rainy day and swore I would like the new What's the Buzz Specialty Coffee and Bakery. I remember 12 years ago sampling coffee from What's the Buzz at various places including farmer's markets and other coffee shops. It's awesome that they're now a fully established facility. Shoutout to Alex who took care of us from the moment we arrived! She was energetic for a 2 o'clock slump and had wonderful recommendations. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso to mirror something I love at Starbucks and it was delicious. My mother loved her dirty chai latte. The sandwiches reminded me of Norma's Shoppe in Ridgewood, NY. The star of the show was the choco-flan, something I don't think I will ever see again. There are only about 4 seating arrangements so this wouldn't be a great place to study but I do recommend it for its drive thru. Go see Alex! I will be back when I'm here in town.
